Warranty
The warranty applies to all NonPlus components under the following conditions:
- All components must be installed and used in accordance with the installation instructions.
- The factory warranty of the respective manufacturer applies to installed parts from other manufacturers.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
- Improper use or disregard of the instructions for use
- Incorrect installation, maintenance or repair
- Incorrect spoking (e.g. incorrect spoking pattern, spoke crossings, incorrect spoke tension, incorrect torque, unsuitable lubricants)
- Wear parts such as ball bearings and drive (freewheel) are excluded from the 4-year warranty.
- NonPlus reserves the right to repair or replace the affected product at its own discretion. Â
- Warranty claims can only be made upon presentation of the original invoice or a copy thereof.
Reasons for exclusion from warranty & crash replacement
The warranty and crash replacement are excluded in the following cases:
- Improper installation of the component
- Damage caused by incorrect repairs or failure to carry out maintenance
- Incorrect use (e.g. cross-country hub in downhill use)
- Modifications or changes to the component
- Normal wear and tear due to use
- Transport damage and delivery defects
- Misuse or willful abuse
- Damage caused by an accident that does not fall under the crash replacement conditions
