Crash Replacement Program
In addition to the warranty, we offer a crash replacement program for all NonPlus components. This program is aimed at first-time owners and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. It enables damaged parts to be replaced at a reduced price following an accident or fall.
- Special discount of 50% on the official list price for the same or an equivalent product.
- Valid for 2 years from date of purchase.
- Only for first owner (not transferable to second owner).
- Only function-restricting damage will be considered (optical damage is excluded).
- NonPlus reserves the right to replace the damaged item with an equivalent alternative product.
- No legal claim: The damaged part becomes the property of NonPlus.
- The customer bears the costs for conversion, shipping and customs.
- The Crash Replacement does not replace the warranty provisions of individual countries.
- Attachments such as tires, cassette, brake discs, saddle, etc. must be removed before sending in.

- Damage due to incorrect repairs or failure to carry out maintenanceÂ
- Incorrect use (e.g. cross-country hub in downhill use)Â
- Modifications or changes to the componentÂ
- Normal wear and tear due to useÂ
- Transport damage and delivery defectsÂ
- Misuse or willful abuseÂ
- Damage caused by an accident that does not fall under the crash replacement conditions
