Terms & Conditions – Social Media Giveaway (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok)

1. Scope and Organizer

(1) These terms and conditions govern participation in the giveaway, including any necessary rights transfers. Details and instructions for the giveaway can be found in the respective giveaway post on the official Instagram page: @nonpluscomponents.official.

(3) By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

(4) This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, supported, or organized by Meta (Instagram/Facebook) or TikTok.

2. Participation

(1) Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Participation using false identities or on behalf of third parties is not allowed.

(2) Participants can enter the giveaway by commenting on the giveaway post and sharing it in their Instagram story. Additional conditions may be communicated in the giveaway post.

3. Prize & Winner Notification

(1) We are giving away 1× NonPlus ULTRA hub set.

(2) The winner will be selected at random within one week after the giveaway ends and will be notified via direct message or email.

(3) If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

(4) Only one prize per participant is allowed.

(5) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

(6) If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the original prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent substitute prize.

4. Liability & Indemnity

(1) Participants release NonPlus Components GmbH from any claims by third parties arising from unauthorized participation.

(2) By entering the giveaway, participants also release Meta and TikTok from all liability.

5. Disqualification

(1) Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate comments.

(2) If a disqualified participant has already been drawn as the winner, the prize may be revoked.

(3) Participation using multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

6. Early Termination / Changes

NonPlus Components GmbH reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time if technical or legal reasons prevent proper execution.

Personal data collected in the context of this giveaway will be used exclusively for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will be deleted afterward. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Additional Notes

(1) Any travel or shipping costs related to the pickup or use of the prize are not included.

(2) A cash payout of the prize is not possible.

9. Final Provisions

(1) If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remains unaffected.

(2) German law applies.

(3) Legal recourse is excluded.
