Micro-gap end caps reliably keep water and dirt out, protecting the bearings and the entire internal structure of the hub.  For maximum braking performance, the brake disc mount is guided directly to the spoke flange, ensuring that the forces generated are transferred to the wheelset in a rigid and controlled manner.  On the drive side, the patented NONPLUS freehub mechanism with its unique cone gearing is at work. Compared to conventional spur gears, it offers an approximately 400% larger contact surface, enabling outstanding power transmission with minimal wear.
