Is your NonPlus hub no longer running as smoothly as it used to? Our NONPLUS Hub Service restores its performance. We replace the bearings, thoroughly clean the freehub system, and inspect all critical components for wear or damage – bringing your hub back to top form.

Depending on your riding style and conditions, you can choose between high-speed bearings (for minimal rolling resistance in dry conditions) and Enduro bearings (for maximum durability under extreme use). Simply select your preferred option when placing the order.

What’s included:

• Bearing replacement (based on your selection)

• Thorough cleaning of the freehub system

• Technical inspection of the freehub, bearing seats, and housing

• Free return shipping (in Germany) – we cover the shipping back to you (only in Germany)

• Processing time: approx. 7 business days from the day we receive your hub

Important shipping info:

❗Note: The shipping to us is at your own expense. Return shipping is only free within Germany.

• Please package your wheel carefully, especially around the end caps – they often punch through cardboard and are one of the most common causes of shipping damage

• The cassette and Discs should be removed before shipping – otherwise, we will charge a €10 service fee

👉 Reason: When multiple wheels are serviced at once, cassettes and Discs can easily get mixed up or forgotten, causing unnecessary complications and errors

• Please send in a clean wheel – if excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge a €10 cleaning fee

• End caps are not included in the service – please order separately if needed

• Shipping to us is at your own cost – we recommend using insured shipping with tracking

If you want to modify or maintain your NONPLUS hub, this tool is essential. The integrated striking pin allows for effortless removal of the end caps without damaging the hub. This versatile tool is also suitable for removing hub end caps with an outer diameter of 19 to 21 millimeters from other manufacturers.
